Organic pizza with freshly harvested vegetables and mozzarella on an organic spelt base. The product is BIO, CLIMANEUTRAL. Naturally produced with 100% green energy and spring water from the Italian Pre-Alps. For every product sold, 5 cents will go to our SOIL SAVING FUND.

The finest Mediterranean grilled vegetables and culinary tasty organic mozzarella delight pizza lovers from the first bite. The pizza gets its finishing touch from the original wood-fired oven aroma.

A genuine Italian wood-fired pizza from the small town of Meduno, part of Friuli-Venezia Giulia in northern Italy. The on-site production is entirely geared towards sustainability: Green electricity and the constant reduction of CO2 emissions are therefore a matter of course!

On the occasion of the long resting time of 24 hours, the dough impresses with a special lightness. This natural approach means that yeast can be almost completely dispensed with.

The selected organic vegetables come from purely organic farming. The tomato sauce, for example, is made from organic tomatoes from the Emilia Romagna region. The addition of sugar was deliberately avoided in the processing of the sun-ripened tomatoes.

Preparation tip: Preheat the oven well, while allowing the pizza to defrost. After about 10 minutes, remove the packaging and bake the pizza on the oven rack on the middle shelf until the desired brownness and crispness

In the oven: 200 °C (top and bottom heat) / 180 °C (fan oven) for approx. 12-14 minutes. The appropriate baking time may vary depending on the appliance.
