We place particular value on short transport routes and direct on-site processing. Like almost all of our products, our organic kimchi is carefully processed in our in-house production facility. We accompany it every step of the way – from harvesting to the finished Bio-Lutz jar.

Lacto-fermented, unpasteurised. 

For everyone who prefers it less spicy, but still cannot resist kimchi: our mild organic kimchi made from purely organic ingredients. An aromatic accompaniment to Asian noodles, vegetables, rice, omelettes, as well as fish and meat.
