About the producer:

Esterhazy is organic, and has been for over 15 years.

Amidst one of Europe's most valuable natural areas, nestled in the region around Lake Neusiedl, lie Esterhazy's organically farmed areas. By utilizing regional site characteristics of the Pannonian region, the best organic qualities of wheat, spelt, barley, oats, and rye can be produced.

But also a variety of other crops such as oil pumpkin, corn, soy, and sunflowers, as well as various legumes, millet types, and chickpeas are cultivated. In the company's own meat manufactory at Seehof in Donnerskirchen, game and organic Angus beef are processed and refined on approximately 500 m² of operational area.
