Camembert with that certain something. Not too spicy and not too mild - it tingles perfectly on the tongue. The Camembert is in top form at room temperature - so take it out of the refrigerator early enough.

Thomas & Markus Ehammer are the youngest of four siblings.
Always loving their homeland. It soon became obvious that the farm should not be run in the classic style of agriculture, but that an additional mainstay should be established. This is how the idea of their own cheese dairy came about. Thinking about the future.
