Lobster (Homarus americanus) - the king of crustaceans, and in this case only the best of it, the tail piece.
The lobster is most commonly caught on the Canadian and American east coast.

The tail can be boiled or steamed in salt water. Halved, it can also be grilled directly or au gratin with herb butter. Lobster is also often used for the noble variant of Surf & Turf. The firm, slightly sweet meat is one of the finest delicacies in the world.
