Why do our Staatzer organic eggs taste particularly good? It's easily explained.

Our chickens only eat the best, organically certified organic feed, which mostly comes from our own farm. Thanks to the mobile chicken coop, they constantly have fresh grass around the coop, where our girls love to peck and scratch. We owe the rich, sun-yellow yolk to the green grass and tasty herbs. An occasional sand bath or a nap in the winter garden provides new energy. After all, not every chicken has such a wonderful view of the Staatzer Berg.

The male chickens are raised through a "Bruderhahnaufzucht" project.

With our years of experience, our accumulated expertise, and the necessary sensitivity for every change in behavior, I ensure that our 'girls' are always well. The species-appropriate coop and the varied outdoor run ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our organic chickens. Our life project is to live close to nature, to be able to supply our region with the best food, and to enable our animals to live a species-appropriate, worthwhile life on our farm."
