Délice des Crémiers is a soft cheese speciality made from cow's milk. This typical vineyard cheese matures for 10 days in the cellar. It is then placed in a wooden box. You can leave it in its wooden box to mature further, so that the dough becomes even creamier. The cheese has a velvety, soft, melting texture.

This exceptional cheese cannot look back on a long history like numerous other French specialities. Rather, it is the creation of our Maître Fromager, who absolutely wanted to develop a real vineyard cheese in a region that has already produced other cheeses with a distinctive character such as Epoisses, Chaource or Cîteaux. It should also have special characteristics, not be too strong and go well with white and red wine or even a Crémant de Bourgogne. After numerous attempts, the Maître Fromager was satisfied with the result.
