Our tzatziki is a Greek yoghurt sauce made with cucumber and garlic.
It is usually served as a cold appetiser in small plates. It is also the perfect sauce to complement stuffed vine leaves. Our tzatziki can also be used as a side dish with meat dishes, e.g. with spicy pork and rice.
