The Brothers Grimm wanted to tell us in their fairy tale Snow White that all good things come in sevens. Of course, we have to join in. Because our organic wholemeal rice wafers 7 seeds combine the best of amaranth, buckwheat, hemp seeds, chia, quinoa, millet and linseed.
Rice wafers are popular with young and old as a weightless and crispy snack. The popular all-rounders originally come from Japan and only conquered Europe in 1957. Since then, they have evolved in all sorts of directions and so today they are available as a sweet snack covered in chocolate, in savoury or savoury varieties.
Making rice cakes is uncomplicated and simple. First, our organic wholemeal cereal grains are mixed with the seven ingredients and then placed in a special wafer baking tin. The moisture in the grains expands and the grain expands (puffs). In a few seconds, the corneal starch gelatinises the various ingredients. The result is a freshly baked and feather-light rice cake that can be combined with our mushrooms or maple cream.
