Who doesn't know and love the Kornspitz, the wheat biscuit with its slightly pointed ends and malty note? The rye malt is not only responsible for the good taste of the Kornspitz, but also for its attractive brown colour. In addition, coarse meal and linseed provide the grainy texture, the nutty flavours and the extra nutrients and fibre.

If required, simply remove from the freezer, bake for 6-8 minutes in the oven at 200° C top/bottom heat (fan oven 180° C) and enjoy!
