The poppy seed flesserl comes from the salt country of Upper Austria and was originally only sprinkled with salt. In Eastern Austria it is known as "Mohnweckerl" or "Mohnstriezerl". At Haubis, the poppy seed patties have been hand-woven for generations, giving them their first-class woven shape. The carefully selected blue poppy seeds not only provide the fine taste, but also the great appearance of the flesserl.

If required, simply remove from the freezer, bake for 6-8 minutes in the oven at 200° C top/bottom heat (fan oven 180° C) and enjoy!
