Coppa di Parma PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) boasts a tradition dating back to the 18th century. The fresh pork is seasoned with salt, pepper, natural aromas and wine and matured for at least 60 days. The slow maturing process gives this sausage an exquisitely aromatic taste that lasts a long time on the palate.

Salami Milano is a naturally matured, air-dried salami made from pure pork. Fine- to medium-grained, ruby-red colour with a distinctive fine aromatic taste.

This air-dried raw ham captivates with a special aroma, only pork, salt are used for the production, it matures for at least 9 months.
