Preparation in the oven:
Preheat the oven including the baking tray (top and bottom heat: 220°C, hot air: 200°C). Carefully place the still frozen Pacific cod on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
Top and bottom heat: Bake on the top shelf for approx. 15-17 minutes. Turn after 10 minutes.
Hot air: Bake on the top shelf for approx. 15 minutes. Turn after 10 minutes.
In the pan:
Place about a finger's worth of fat in a frying pan and heat well. To prevent the fat from cooling too much, put in a maximum of 4 pieces of fish - preferably still frozen - and bake over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, turning several times, until golden brown.
