Kärntner Milch organic meadow milk creamed quark 40% is a creamy quark made from organic meadow milk. It is suitable for sweet and savoury everyday dishes.
The organic meadow milk is produced in accordance with the EU Organic Regulation as well as Bio Austria and the extended Bio Austria meadow milk guidelines. The creamed quark is easy to stir smooth and is ideal for quark creams, cake fillings, spreads, or as a base for dips and sauces.
Use
For quark dumplings, cheesecake, strudel and torte fillings, as well as herb quark and savoury spreads. Stir briefly until smooth before use.
