Sparkling cuvée of fermented red currants, camomile kefir, fig leaf and pine needle kvass.

Fade to Black is based on juices of red and black currants. In addition, there is camomile kefir, fig leaves and spruce needle kvass.

So it tastes like a walk through the forest in autumn. Dark berries, spruce, this slightly sweet note from the fig leaves, which personally always reminds me of a certain chocolate-coconut bar with blue and white packaging. Wonderful with game or roasted winter vegetables.
