A sparkling blend of gooseberry wine, quince kefir, cold-extracted jasmine tea and woodruff geranium kvass.

Tropical and stone fruit on the nose with honey notes and a floral finish. Serve chilled in a champagne flute.

Ideal as an aperitif or goes well with seafood and light summer dishes.
