B vitamins, magnesium, copper and manganese contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, niacin, biotin, magnesium and copper contribute to normal function of the nervous system.
Vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B2, zinc, selenium, copper and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
The omega-3 fatty acids, which are abundant in fish oil, include in particular docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). These are polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are, among other things, components of cell membranes.
Application
Stir the contents of one sachet (= daily portion) into approx. 100 – 150 ml of still water or fruit juice daily and take with the capsules during or after a meal.
