Meze Sliva Ajvar Gourmet is a more rustic (chunky) version of our classic Ajvar. MezeSliva Ajvar is made according to a traditional recipe from a paprika variety called Kurtovska Kapija. A whole 96% of this ingredient from the southern region of Serbia makes this Ajvar something very special. The homemade recipe for the preparation is no secret – it involves roasting the peppers, removing the skin and rinsing out the seeds. The peppers prepared in this way are chopped and cooked together with sunflower oil, salt and vinegar. The best ingredients, a lot of manual work and love give our Ajvar its unmistakable premium quality.

Storage conditions: 
Store in a dry and dark place at a temperature between +8°C and +25°C. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 7 days.
