Everybody’s Darling. Goes well with many things and everyone. Yellow apple and white currants on the nose, paired with a hint of exoticism. On the palate, a grainy, juicy acidity, minerality and immense drinkability.
This organic estate wine comes from eight of the best vineyards from the Tement winery with a total of 12 plots, grown on clayey calcareous marl soils.
The grapes were selectively hand-picked and impressively reflect their southern Styrian origin. Ideal ripeness levels as well as a gentle expansion tailored to fruit and liveliness characterize this traditional wine with its emphasis on origin.
The favorite for the classic “Wiener-Schnitzel”.
