The Pinot Gris grows and thrives in the local wine community of Leutschach, which is dominated by sandy-clayey Opok and calcareous marl soils. It was aged and matured in large wooden barrels for 7 months to fully develop its potential.
Tasting notes:
On the nose, it is reminiscent of dried apricots, meadow flowers and honey notes.
On the palate, it presents a flattering acidity structure, a hint of marzipan and a beautiful herbal spice. It shines through its fine structure and the juicy and long-lasting finish.
