Don Antonio Tomato Sauce with Basil
This wonderfully thick, fruity and spicy tomato sauce is seasoned with fresh basil and can be simply heated. 500 g long, thin noodles cooked al dente, some good Parmesan, bread to mop up the rest of the sugo and a bottle of wine - and you have a lunch for four people.
