Marmore Fleur de Sel Natur
In the Spanish/Portuguese Algarve, Fleur de sel has always been used as the main salt by the inhabitants.
It consists of white crystals in the form of flakes. These flakes form a thin film of salt, which collects on the surface of the water in the salt pans. This film is skimmed off daily.
The "Flor de Sal" has an intense taste as well as a pleasant aroma and a crunchy bite. It can be used for the preparation of any imaginable dish.
