With this idea, we are revolutionizing the dairy ice cream market and ensuring that in ten years only plant-based ice cream will be enjoyed. This is accelerating the development towards a sustainable global diet.

Driven by this vision, we bought a small ice cream maker from our savings during our studies, put it in a small catering kitchen at night, started producing ice cream and sold it to Cologne cafés during the day. Always with the belief: We can make a difference, because for a future worth experiencing, taste and sustainability go hand in hand, and today we work every day to inspire the entire DACH region with NOMOO ice cream.
