Each individual ice cream dessert composition is made exclusively from 100% natural ingredients and the best organic milk from Salzburg.
No flavour enhancers or other additives are used at all. And you can taste it.

REGIONAL. Wherever possible, we use ingredients directly from the producer. This guarantees us fully ripe fruit, high-quality oils, crunchy nuts and the best honey.
NATURAL. Nature gives our ingredients plenty of flavour and colour. There is no need for flavour enhancers, colourings, flavourings or ready-made mixtures.

Our factory is located in Saalfelden. With a view of the wonderful mountain landscape, we produce Misssi ice cream in close cooperation with our farming suppliers, mostly from our region.
