"During my training, I gradually acquired more and more laying hens with my grandmother's Christmas and birthday money. At that time, I kept them in our old horse boxes. Today, I can proudly look at my farm and the mobile chicken coop of my organic laying hens and know that it is going in the right direction. Chickens are my passion, which is why I have specialized in organic laying hens and organic broiler hens. With our many years of experience, our accumulated expertise and the necessary sensitivity for every change in behavior, I ensure that our 'girls' are always doing well. The species-appropriate barn and the varied outdoor run guarantee the well-being and satisfaction of our organic chickens. Our life project is to live close to nature, to be able to supply our region with the best food and to enable our animals to live a species-appropriate, worth living life on our farm."
