With No.2 JUNIPER TYPE – THIS IS NOT GIN, much more is possible than just the classic G&T. There are no limits to freedom. The flavour is provided by real pot-still juniper distillate, from which we simply remove the alcohol again. The spirit lies in the essence.

With UNDONE, you too can now enjoy the taste of your favourite long drinks and cocktails without the side effects of alcohol! Based on high-quality spirits, we have succeeded in capturing the essence of the original.

Doesn't it come close to the taste of "real" spirits? Oh yes, it does! Because we use "real" spirits as a base. We simply remove the alcohol.
How do we do that? We're not telling... Just kidding! The procedure is called rectification – the alcohol is separated from the distillate and then ionised, leaving the unmistakable essence. Google it! In our recipes, only the finest natural aromas and spicy notes are then added. The spirit remains in the bottle. ENJOY RESPONSIBLY
