Description
Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml), cover and steep for 10 minutes. Then swirl the filter bag, squeeze it out and drink the tea lukewarm, in sips. Enjoy a cup of tea several times a day. NOTE: The alkaline mineral blend may cause the tea to become slightly cloudy.
