Application
Fix the heat pads with the adhesive surface in the underwear. DO NOT STICK TO SKIN.
Note
Do NOT USE:
- together with medical liniments, plasters or other types of heat
- on diseased, injured or damaged skin
- on bruises or swellings
- on areas of the body without heat sensation

- if the heat cells are leaking and/or the pad is damaged
- from the age of 55 years, do not use ThermaCare while you are sleeping (the risk of burns increases with age).
Ingredients
The heat cells contain iron powder (approx. 2g). In case of ingestion, skin or eye contact, remove the pad, flush the affected area with water and consult a doctor immediately.
