A homage to the famous apricot gardens in the Wachau: A fruity apricot layer, refined with apricot schnapps, rests on a marzipan layer in which a good shot of apricot schnapps and apricot fruit naturally awaken a desire for fruit. A rather tipsy filling that is absolutely seductive, wrapped in an exquisite milk chocolate with 40% cocoa.
.ZOTTER SCHOKOLADE - they focus on variety, quality, creativity, sustainability and 100% organic and fair. CHOCOLATE - BEAN-TO-BAR! In the chocolate manufactory in Riegersburg, Zotter makes the chocolate bean-to-bar itself. From the cocoa bean to the finished bar, everything in house. The roasting, grinding, rolling and conching is done in small batches and individually matched to the cocoa. Around 200 people are employed in Riegersburg, producing fresh chocolate every day and taking care of everything that needs to be done all around.
