Saturated green pistachios coated in homemade almond nougat with a wonderful melting texture. Dust with light cocoa powder. A work of taste art that should be savored slowly, because there are three very different dimensions of taste in each little ballero.

ZOTTER SCHOKOLADE - they focus on variety, quality, creativity, sustainability and 100% organic and fair. CHOCOLATE - BEAN-TO-BAR! In the chocolate manufactory in Riegersburg, Zotter makes the chocolate bean-to-bar itself. From the cocoa bean to the finished bar, everything in house. The roasting, grinding, rolling and conching is done in small batches and individually matched to the cocoa. Around 200 people are employed in Riegersburg, producing fresh chocolate every day and taking care of everything that needs to be done all around.
