Zutaten: Trinkwasser, Kartoffeln, Rindfleisch [7,5% Rindfleisch, 4,5% vorgegartes Rindfleisch¹ (Rindfleisch, Trinkwasser, Salz)], Tomatenmark, Zwiebeln getrocknet, Paprika, WEIZENMEHL, Sonnenblumenöl, jodiertes Speisesalz, modifizierte Stärke, Geschmacksverstärker Mononatriumglutamat, Knoblauch, Kümmel, Cayennepfeffer, Pfeffer, Lorbeer, Majoran, Paprikaextrakt, Aroma. ¹4,5% vorgegartes Rindfleisch entspricht 4,9% Frischfleisch. Kann Spuren von Milch, Ei und Sellerie enthalten.
Zubereitung: Inhalt der Dose in einen passenden Kochtopf geben und auf Esstemperatur erhitzen. Ab und zu umrühren. In der Mikrowelle (Angaben für 750 Watt): Doseninhalt in einen Teller geben, zugedeckt 4 Minuten erhitzen und vor dem Servieren umrühren.
