Trockenmischung zur Herstellung von Semmelknödel mit Ei, Semmelwürfel und Gewürzen
Zutaten: 72% Semmelbrot (WEIZENMEHL, Speisesalz, Hefe, Sonnenblumenöl, Paprika), Stärke, Palmöl, WEIZENMEHL, VOLLEIPULVER, HARTWEIZENGRIESS, Speisesalz, Petersilie, Aromen, Hefeextrakt, Curcuma. Kann Spuren von Milch und Sellerie enthalten.
Zubereitung: 1. Gewünschte Anzahl Knödel in einen Topf mit reichlich kaltem Wasser geben. 10 Min. quellen lassen und gelegentlich umrühren. 2. Wasser mit Knödeln aufkochen, 1 Min. kochen und 10 Min. bei schwacher Hitze ziehen lassen. Ab und zu umdrehen. 3. Knödel herausnehmen und kurz mit kaltem Wasser abschrecken. 4. Kochbeutel an einem Ende aufreißen und Knödel heiß servieren.
Kühl und trocken lagern.
