Zubereitungsanleitung
1. Puddingpulver mit etwa 2 gehäuften EL (40 g) Zucker mischen. Mit 6 EL der vorbereiteten Milch (1/2 l) glatt rühren.** 2. Übrige Milch aufkochen, vom Herd nehmen und angerührtes Pulver einrühren. 3. Pudding unter Rühren mindestens 1 Minute kochen. Pudding in eine Schale oder kalt ausgespülte Sturzform füllen. Zum Stürzen mindestens 4 Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen. **für Vanillesoße: ca. 70 g Zucker, 1 l Milch.
