KANZI KAFFEE is fairly traded. We know exactly where our green coffee comes from, under what conditions it is grown and often we know "our" farmers personally. Only in this way can we ensure that only the best quality goes into your cup and that the producers receive a fair price.

The long journey of our coffee begins with the cultivation and harvesting of the precious green coffee in the tropical countries of origin.

Our roast master Nandy accompanies every coffee bean from the delivery of the green coffee to the packaging. It is thanks to his experience and exceptional knowledge that only the finest roasted coffee is guaranteed to find its way into your cup.

The elaborate, traditional drum roasting is characterised by a lower roasting temperature and thus a significantly longer roasting time. This is the only way to achieve the extraordinary compatibility and unique, unmistakably good taste of KANZI KAFFEE.

 

Aurelia - strong

Our Aurelia coffee tastes strong, with flavours of chocolate, hazelnut and almond. This espresso reflects the mentality of Italy, the taste of the first espresso across the border, an Italian road trip and Mediterranean freedom.

Aurelia is suitable for all preparations, but especially for espresso and cappuccino.
