Use
Preparation recommended by the roaster: For a portafilter, use approx. 7 g of coffee at an outlet temperature of 88-90° C and 8-10 bar pressure (approx. 25 seconds for 25 ml). For fully automatic machines, plan for a slightly larger amount of coffee depending on the machine (preparation time approx. 10-15 seconds for 25 ml). For filter machines, approx. 55 g per liter of water is recommended.
