About Manufacturer
Giusti (Giuseppe Giusti) has reportedly been producing vinegar since 1605 and is regarded as a traditional producer of Aceto Balsamico. The range includes several ageing stages (e.g. 6 to 20 years) as well as Balsamico Bianco; for Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, the designation IGP is mentioned. The Banda Rossa/5 Gold Medals line is aged for a long time in old wooden barrels and is partly bottled in limited quantities. In terms of flavour, notes such as plum, cherry, and warm spices are described; suitable for dressings, cheese, or desserts.
