Giusti Crema with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and fig is a creamy glaze with subtly sweet fruity notes. It is suitable for direct finishing and for glazing.

About Manufacturer
Giusti (Giuseppe Giusti) has reportedly been producing vinegar since 1605 and is considered a traditional producer of Aceto Balsamico. The range includes several ageing levels (e.g. 6 to 20 years) as well as Balsamico Bianco; for Balsamico di Modena, the designation PGI is mentioned.
