Description
About Spice Cake This decaf comes from the renowned Las Flores farm in Pitalito, where Pink Bourbon thrives under the shade of native trees and fruit trees. After careful harvesting, the cherries undergo a multi-stage anaerobic fermentation process, followed by a thermal shock and controlled drying to preserve the coffee's complexity and clarity. The beans are then gently decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane process directly in Colombia. This decaf is part of their Identity Preserved Decaf series, which guarantees full traceability and preserves the unique characteristics of the coffee from the farm to the cup. It surprises with a spicy kick and delicate floral accents. Subtle orange notes are rounded off by chocolaty sweetness. Yummy!
