Vinification : Whole grapes are gently pressed in a pneumatic press. The resulting must, after a first racking, is transferred to temperature-controlled tanks, where it remains until it is used for the production of Spritzzoso. The must is then filled into tanks where the fermentation process takes place at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. Once the required alcohol and sugar content is reached, fermentation is stopped by cooling. Subsequently, La Gioiosa's unique recipe is blended with the wine to create Spritzzoso.
Tasting Notes: Colour: bright orange colour Palate: balanced bitter/sweet taste, pleasantly aromatic persistence.
Recommendations : Suitable as an aperitif, but also enjoyable at any time of day. Can be served with finger food and snacks.
