Once the required alcohol and sugar content is reached, fermentation is stopped by cooling. After a short settling period, the sparkling wine is ready for bottling. Soil type: Alluvial soils of medium texture. Origin: ITALYSensory characteristics:Color: Very pale straw yellow with fine, persistent perlage. Nose: The aroma is fruity and floral with hints of ripe golden apples and small mountain flowers. Palate: On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and flavorful, with a fruity and harmonious finish.
