SPRITZZoso 7% Vol.
Vinification : Whole grapes are gently pressed in the pneumatic press. The resulting must, after a first racking, is transferred to temperature-controlled tanks, where it remains until it is used for the production of Spritzzoso. The must is filled into tanks where the fermentation process takes place at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. Once the required alcohol and sugar content is reached, fermentation is stopped by cooling. Subsequently, La Gioiosa's unique recipe is blended with the wine to create Spritzzoso.
Tasting Notes: Colour: bright orange colour, Palate: balanced bitter/sweet taste, pleasantly aromatic persistence.
