NERO MARONE – Primitivo IGP Puglia 2024 14% Vol.
Origin: Apulia, Southern Italy (IGP – Indicazione Geografica Protetta)
The NERO MARONE Primitivo IGP Puglia 2024 is an intense, sun-drenched red wine from Southern Italy. It
comes from Apulia – a region with a Mediterranean climate, surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea to the west and the Adriatic Sea to the east.
This Primitivo is rich in fruit, complex in taste and perfectly balanced – a typical representative of its origin.
Colour: Dark ruby red with deep violet reflections – full-bodied even at first glance
Aroma: Very aromatic with ripe black fruits, red cherry, strawberry jam, plums and Mediterranean herbs – a true fireworks of aromas
Taste: Full, round and harmonious. The palate shows depth and richness, accompanied by a long, fruity finish
Vinification The grapes are harvested when they have reached optimal ripeness. After destemming and crushing, temperature-controlled fermentation follows at 27–30 °C for optimal development of aromas and colour. After pressing, the wine matures for at least six months in stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing An ideal companion to grilled dishes, hearty Mediterranean cuisine, pizza, polenta or aged cheese. A versatile Primitivo for cozy evenings and festive occasions.
