The Isigny Sainte-Mère cooperative is located in the heart of Normandy and is renowned for its Camembert, made according to Norman milk tradition. The milk comes from the 430 farms of the cooperative members and is collected within a 50 km radius of the dairy. Thanks to the unique and protected terroir, the cows can graze on exceptional meadows and thus provide milk of the best quality.
