Rocket

Once decried as a "weed", rocket is now an indispensable part of Austrian cuisine!

The salad originally comes from Southern Europe and has now won over the world with its intense, spicy aroma. The mustard oils it contains also give it a mild pungency. Rocket is used in salads, as a pizza topping or even processed into a delicious pesto.

Wash before eating.

Storage recommendation

Lettuce should always be stored in the refrigerator, ideally at 5° C and high humidity. The vegetable compartment is best suited for this.
