Common corn salad, lamb's lettuce or mâche; Valerianella locusta, also known as field salad, mouse-ear salad, nuts, nutlets, sheep's mouth/sheep's mouth, sun whirls and rapunzel, is a plant species of the genus corn salad and belongs to the subfamily of valerian plants.
Storage recommendation
