Chardonnay – Vin de France 12,5% ALk.
Grape varieties: 100% Chardonnay
Vinification: The grapes are harvested when fully ripe and quickly pressed at a low temperature. Settling takes place at a low temperature with sulfur dioxide and inoculation with yeast.
Alcoholic fermentation between 16-20°C lasts a week, after which the wine is clarified and preserved with inert gas at a low temperature.
Soil type: Sandy and clay-slate soils

Colour: Beautiful colour of great clarity and bright shine with golden reflections.
Nose: Very expressive, wide range of aromas of citrus fruits, yellow peach, but also acacia blossom and buttery nuances.
Taste: Round and soft, contains distinct notes of citrus fruits and acacia blossom.
Recommendations: Ideal aperitif wine, but also a wonderful accompaniment to fish, poultry and cheese.
