Süssmund Kaffee was founded in 2014 by Nikolaus Hartmann after he realized that his vision of roasting coffee gently according to its location and preparation was well received. So he decided to give up his job as an architect and devote himself entirely to coffee. Originally from the financial sector, Norbert Rieberer has been part of Süssmund since 2018.
