The skipjack tuna are traditionally caught with a hook and line around the Solomon Islands and frozen on the ship. Strictest controls and particularly thorough cleaning guarantee high quality. Our tuna is preserved exclusively with the finest olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Excellent for all dishes such as delicious salad creations or as a pizza topping.
