The secret of Gioiella lies in the milk of brown cows, natural heirs of the noble Podolica, which graze semi-wildly on the historic farms along the old "Via del Latte". An area that is still untouched today, the Murgia Park, a plateau that crosses a large part of Apulia and crosses the Itria Valley.
An enchanted place, rich in greenery, history and natural resources. From this magical milk of happy pasture cows, the world of Gioiella begins. The milk, which comes from a well-controlled production chain, arrives daily at the factory, where it is examined and controlled by the internal laboratory according to strict and precisely defined parameters: cultivation methods, stable hygiene and controlled feeding.
