With a piece weight of 450-570g, it is 3 times the size of a conventional avocado.
Due to their nature, the fruits are only slightly pre-ripened and are therefore not delivered ready to eat. They retain their green color even after ripening. They are therefore so-called GreenSkin Avocados.
Our tip: Store the fruit at room temperature for 2 days and then enjoy. It can also be placed in a fruit bowl and will ripen there due to the natural ethylene of the enclosed fruits.
